My name is Trixi Schunn I am a Chef/ Caterer by trade. Just before Covid 19 hit I had two emergency eye surgeries that lend me to the decision that my family needs me to work from home. I have loved Epicure spices for over 15 years. In my signature homemade simple dishes are enjoyed by everyone.
