If you are looking for a way to release stress or emotions that have been weighing you down, pay attention because Art JOURNALING is an amazing habit to integrate into your daily routine. And it will make you feel so much better!

An art journal is a book that can be filled with drawings, collages, writing, photos or anything else that represents how you feel. Join this live class and learn all the basics of how Art Journaling works, make a sample page, and have a lot of fun in the process, too.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

An access link will be sent by email with further instructions if applicable. For the full creative experience, the following list of materials are recommended:
- A page from an Art Journal or from a recycled notebook.
- Gesso
- Acrylic paint (2 colours or as desired) and /or watercolours
- Brushes
- Pen & pencils
- Black sharpie
- Old magazines with letter and images that will be cut
- Glue and Scissors
- Jar with water
- Paper towel or an old rag to clean any mess
