Are you looking for a creative and soothing way to express personal feelings through art? Join this painting session with the only mandate of creating from within yourself. You will be guided through a process of creation that will surprise you with choices and feelings you didn't know you had. And, within this safe and encouraging environment, you will discover your unique voice.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
An access link will be sent by email with further instructions if applicable. The painting can be done either on a canvas, a thick piece of paper or in a journal. For the full creative experience, the following list of materials is suggested:
-6 acrylic paint (black, white and 4 colours of your choice)
-1 flat acrylic brush
-1 palette knife, a ruler or a plastic knife to spread paint
-1 roll of masking tape
-A few Q-tips
-Paper towel
-2 jars with water
