Are you a political junkie? Are you fascinated by the presidential election in the United States? Pick the brain of political analyst, author and popular media commentator, John Parisella, on all things US politics. You and up to three friends will spend an hour with John discussing the outcome of the US elections, what its impact will be, who the key players are, and what big opportunities and issues are surfacing. Bring your questions! John is also well-versed in Quebec and Canadian politics, having been chief of staff for Quebec Premiers Robert Bourassa and Daniel Johnson, as well as Quebec’s delegate general in New York City.

MEET THE HOST
Over the course of his extensive career, John has held numerous positions in the public sphere, including chief of staff for Quebec premiers, author, business manager, political analyst and Quebec’s delegate general in New York City. More recently, he was executive director of the major fundraising campaign for HEC Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and Université de Montréal (Campus Montréal). Named an officer of the National Order of Quebec in 2016, John was also named a member of the Order of Canada in 2017. John joined NATIONAL’s Montreal office as Senior Advisor, Business Outreach in January 2017.
