Meet the Host
Daniela is a health and fitness coach who aims to inspire people to reach their full potential. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she participated in the International Drug Free Association in 2016, where she won first place in the bikini category.
Daniela currently hosts trainings for teams in corporations to strengthen their bond and contribute to their health and wellness journey. Her clients have achieved significant transformations both physically and mentally. It is these incredible results that make her so passionate about what she does.
She uses her growing instagram account as a platform to inspire and impact a wider reach of people. This is further supported by her website for home fitness equipment , Youtube channel, TikTok account, and blog.
