MEET THE HOST
I love what I do and am often found doing it in a playful, dynamic, and accessible way. I try to teach mindfulness with a balance of clear, precise instruction and mental reflection. I’m a value and purpose-oriented teacher with a passion for inclusivity, particularly how societal conditioning hinders diversity, equity and inclusion in both inexplicit and explicit ways.
